The apartment was beautiful, spacious, and well-equipped. The WiFi was reliable for work. The location was perfect, close to everything. The host, Ligia, was amazing and responsive.

The apartment had all the modern amenities I needed, including a fully-equipped kitchen. It felt like having my own little home away from home, complete with a fridge, oven, and even a dishwasher! The living room was spacious and comfortable, with a cozy seating area and a separate dining area. It was perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring the beautiful city of Funchal.

Internet was a bit slow, but fully fine for emails and general browsing.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The apartment is recently renovated and beautifully decorated with high-quality fittings and artwork. It is very comfortable and has everything you need for a long vacation. The location is excellent, right in the center of the city, and the balcony overlooks a lovely municipal garden. It's just a short walk to the cathedral, the waterfront, and all the top tourist attractions. The hotel provides parking in the garage below, and there are plenty of great restaurants and shops nearby. The staff, especially Ligia, the host, were very helpful and attentive.

We got great value for our money at City Garden By Madeira Best. The room was beautiful, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed for a wonderful stay. The location was perfect, with easy access to attractions, restaurants, and a shopping mall. The staff, especially Ligia, was amazing and provided us with plenty of information and tips.

Breakfast offerings could be improved by providing more variety and options.

The apartment was great, with all the necessary facilities and amenities. The two big bedrooms were comfortable and the living room connected to the kitchen was a nice space. The balcony provided a pleasant spot to relax and enjoy the sunshine. Additionally, the location was fantastic, close to the city center and a beautiful park. We were able to easily explore the nearby shops, groceries, bus stops, old town, and promenade on the ocean. They welcomed us with fresh fruits and biscuits, and provided helpful information and assistance throughout our trip.

There were a few downsides to our stay. The air conditioning in the main bedroom was not working, which made it uncomfortable during the hot summer nights.
